As a company creating Digital products, BlockParty Media  can see how customers value and user their social media to manage customer loyalty, retention, and engagement. There’s a lot of tools available for that purpose on the market already. As a designer, I  wanted to design a take on it and make the Social Dashboard in a  signature INVO style.

Identifying the problem
The Situation: You know how important social media has become to generating leads and growing your business. Every day, you spend time engaging, sharing, and interacting. Sometimes it's an hour or half a day. With the amount of info available , and the amount of people sharing content, it is easy to drift away into the abyss of social media.
Almost all social media management tools have similar characteristics on their dashboard. All have the same goal of making it as easy as possible to use social media engagement to make connections and generate leads
Main goal:  Our main goal for this project was to design an intuitive platform that still maintains minimalism and beauty.
The World’s Most Used Social Media Platforms
How do social media users interact
with brands  when selecting products and services?
One of the challenges social media marketing is that by its nature, social media are peer-to-peer, involving conversations between friends, families,  and colleagues.  Given this,  brands must be sensitive when using social media.

The research from GlobelWebIndex in their social media trends 2020 reports  show social media informs purchasing decisions. It shows the younger age groups are particularly keen  on researching products online via social networks. Both organic and paid posts from  businesses can help support this process.
How are people making purchasing decisions?
Responsive Design
When designing anything, we always ensure it's a responsive design that will work on various devices. The key with this concept project for us was to create an excellent mobile version of app, because some tools work on desktops only .
